Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
  • Support structural, thermal, and dynamic analyses for aircraft and spacecraft systems.
  • Prepare engineering documentation, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test teams to implement engineering changes.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and provide technical solutions to production issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards (FAA, DoD, AS9100).

Required Skills and Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
  • 0–5+ years of experience in mechanical or structural engineering (entry to mid-level roles).
  • U.S. Citizenship required (due to defense-related projects).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering.
  • Experience with CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX) and FEA software (ANSYS, NASTRAN).
  • Familiarity with GD&T, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ASME Y14.5 standards.
  • Knowledge of aircraft structures, propulsion, or systems integration.
